Ipsos Thinks was one of many high profile, multi-channel campaigns I lead during my time as Creative Director at Ipsos. My role involved working alongside the senior leadership team, and a collective of cross-discipline researcher authors, while leading the incredible talents of the Ipsos inhouse studio team.
I created a disruptive, emotionally engaging vision for the campaign, leveraging the skills of the team to create a distinctive design that was scalable and replicable across formats.
The tight deadline and complexity of a multi-team, multi-channel brief required careful team management. I needed to ensure adequate resource across this - and the rest of the studio’s - schedule, and agile project management to ensure smooth running.
